I was driving on the highway and couldn't swerve to miss sadly hitting an already deceased animal. Immediately, there was a loud scratching sound and I knew I had dislodged something in my car. I managed to pull over and quickly looked up the closest repair shop, which happened to be Alignment Pros. Within less than fifteen minutes after my arrival, the gentleman who was working for me had removed the part that had fallen off and my car was good to go. When I offered to pay him, he said he didn't want any money (I gave him some, of course though!) What I thought was going to be an expensive emergency turned into something that was handled quickly, effectively, and with kindness. I highly recommend this place!

My son is a college kid doing rotations in SC for the month so he needs his car to get to the hospital and clinics daily. His car was making some noise when he braked so AP got him in right away and had it fixed in a day. Great service! I thought the price was very reasonable too.

Went here because of the good reviews. Staff was very friendly. Very accommodating to fit me into their schedule. I have a 1992 Silverado K1500. They did not get the luxury of installing new front end suspension. The parts with shipping cost me $350. They quoted me $1,500. I did the front end work myself, but took my truck to them for an alignment since they spent time quoting me a price on rebuilding the front end. During the initial alignment, they claimed I had a bad front wheel bearing. It did have a very quiet rumble noise coming out of the right front wheel area, however absolutely zero play when rocking the rim back and forth aggressively. The bearing was not bad. They wanted to charge me $400 and claimed it would throw my alignment off. They "finished" my alignment, but when I drove my truck home, the wheel had to be turned off center just to drive straight down the road. I called them back right away and told them things were not right. I was told I could bring the vehicle back in the following week to get it fixed. Since they did not do the job right the first time and I was going back, I went ahead and ordered a new hub and bearing assembly for $50, installed it on Monda

Great service and extremely honest!!! I thought I needed quite a bit of work done but after looking at it they decided I didn't. They could have easily done it but didn't, thus saved me a lot of money. It's so nice knowing places like this still exist. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
